General
- When you place an order electronically through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement.
- Buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Distance Contracts Regulation and all other applicable legislation.
- Shipping costs, where applicable, are paid by the buyer.
- Each product is delivered to the address indicated by the buyer within the legal period, not exceeding 30 days. If delivery is not completed within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
- The product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the qualities stated in the order, and together with any required documents such as a warranty certificate or user manual.
- If supply of the product becomes impossible, the seller notifies the buyer within 3 days and refunds the total amount within 14 days.
If the purchased product price is not paid
If the buyer does not pay for the product or the payment is cancelled or reversed in bank records, the seller’s delivery obligation ends.
Unauthorized use of a credit card
If, after delivery, the credit card used for payment is found to have been used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product amount to the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days with shipping costs borne by the seller.
If the product cannot be delivered on time due to unforeseen reasons
If delivery is delayed due to force majeure, the buyer is informed. The buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product, or postpone delivery until the obstacle is removed.
If the order is cancelled, cash payments are refunded within 14 days; for credit card payments, the amount is refunded to the bank within 14 days. The time for the bank to reflect the refund to the buyer’s account may vary.
Buyer’s obligation to inspect the product
Before accepting delivery, the buyer must inspect the product and must not accept any damaged, broken, torn or defective package from the carrier. A delivered product is deemed to be intact and undamaged.
After delivery, the product must be protected carefully. If the right of withdrawal is used, the product must not be used and must be returned together with the invoice.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to the buyer or the person/entity indicated by the buyer, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty, provided that notice is given to the seller.

Duration and use of the right of withdrawal
- For service contracts, the 14-day period starts on the date the contract is concluded.
- The right of withdrawal cannot be used in service contracts that have started to be performed with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires.
- Costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
- To use the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the seller within 14 days and the product must not have been used.
- The invoice of the returned product must be returned as well. In corporate returns, the return invoice is required to complete the process.
- The returned product must be delivered complete and undamaged with its box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.
Refund conditions
- The seller is obliged to refund the total amount within 10 days after receiving the withdrawal notice and to collect the goods back within 20 days.
- If the product decreases in value or return becomes impossible due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer is liable to compensate the seller in proportion to the fault.
- If withdrawal causes the order total to fall below the campaign threshold, the campaign discount is cancelled.
Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used
- Products prepared specifically for the customer or not suitable for return.
- Products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene once the packaging has been opened.
- Products that become mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated.
- Periodicals, instantly performed services and intangible goods delivered instantly.
- Opened books, digital content, software, storage devices and computer consumables.
- For cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD, cassette and stationery consumables, the package must be unopened and the product unused.
Default and legal consequences
If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, the buyer accepts that interest may accrue under the agreement with the bank and that the bank may pursue legal remedies, including costs and attorney fees.
