Windows, Android and macOS support notes

Installation

• Run the installer with administrator rights and allow the app if Windows shows a security prompt.
• On first launch, use a folder path that the application can access without restriction.
• If you work from a network folder, verify share permissions and user access rights.

Usage

• For the fastest selection flow, load the photo set from a single organized folder.
• If thumbnails do not appear, check the file path, folder permission and supported image formats.
• If the selected-frame report is not created, verify write permission for the target save folder.

Workflow

• The Android tablet version works without an internet connection.
• Photos are presented to the customer by connecting a USB drive to the tablet.
• For a smoother selection flow, keep the USB content in a clean and organized folder structure.

Connection and access

• If the tablet does not detect the USB drive, check OTG support, the cable/adapter and Android file access permission.
• If photos are not listed, verify the supported file formats and the folder path on the USB drive.
• If Android requests storage or file permission, allow access for the application.

Installation

• Open and close Photoshop once before installation, then complete the Foto Kalfa setup.
• If panel buttons do not respond, launch the app as administrator and check whether Defender or antivirus is blocking it.
• If the computer has multiple Windows accounts, complete the installation on the account that will use the license.

Usage

• For one-click ID and biometric workflows, confirm that the templates are saved with the correct output size.
• If automatic retouching does not match expectations, note the preset or profile used and send a sample photo.
• When building your own automation, make sure folder paths stay consistent and the Photoshop workspace remains current.

Installation

• Install the official Windows driver from the printer manufacturer; avoid outdated or generic drivers.
• If the printer is on another computer, verify network connectivity and printer sharing permissions.
• After setup, review the media configuration in the driver so paper sizes are listed correctly.

Printing and color

• If paper sizes are missing, check the printer driver, Windows print preferences and spooler status.
• For color mismatches, review ICC profile selection, driver color management and the printer print mode together.
• For DNP, Canon, Epson and similar minilab printers, using the latest official driver is recommended.

Subscription and access

• The app uses an annual subscription model; eligible new users may receive a one-month free trial.
• If the purchase is not detected, use Restore Purchases.
• Billing, cancellation and refund requests are handled through Apple ID subscriptions.

Photos, printer and color

• Use Add Photo or drag and drop; if macOS requests access permission, allow file and folder access.
• Install the printer driver from the manufacturer’s official macOS support page and check the connection.
• Paper sizes come from the printer driver; if they do not appear, review macOS printer settings, paper size and ICC profile settings.

Guide the light

• Start with Learn to play: an interactive lesson with no time limit. Choose a bridge, then tap the board, or hold and drag it. Use ↻ to rotate for free. Green previews show valid placements; red previews show invalid ones.
• Each new bridge must touch the source or a powered bridge along an edge. Avoid rocks and light relays in order: 1 → 2 → 3. Later relays stay locked. Full rows and columns do not clear.
• Daily and Free routes last 90 seconds. Lighting all three relays opens the next island. A run ends at daybreak or when no remaining bridge can fit in any rotation. Pause stops the clock.
• The Island Journal has 12 authored missions, each with a 90-second limit. Light all three relays to earn 1–3 medals; using fewer bridge cells earns more. All missions are free. Daily boards use the UTC date. Records stay on this device; there are no online rankings or multiplayer matches.

Themes and purchases

• Night ocean is free. Aurora unlocks at a local score of 200 outside the lesson.
• Golden Board (Altın Tahta) is an optional permanent cosmetic purchase: one payment, no subscription. Themes give no score, time, bridge or mission advantage. Apple displays the current local price.
• Open Themes (palette icon), then Restore purchases using the same Apple Account. Internet access is required. Pending purchases unlock after approval; refunded purchases may lose access.

Language, help and privacy

The game supports Turkish and English. Switch with TR / EN on the home screen. Scores, medals, lesson progress, language and themes are saved locally; deleting the app may remove them.

For help, include your device model, iOS version and the steps that caused the issue. Do not send payment details or passwords.
